How does Club Fresh save me up to 25%?
We price your home once, publish a quarterly calendar, and bundle multiple services into each visit. That means fewer drive-backs, fewer quotes, less admin, and one setup/tear-down per stop—so our costs drop and we pass the savings on. Add the 3-year price lock, and Club Fresh is simply cheaper than one-off bookings.
Is it really cheaper than one-off cleanings?
Yes. With one-off jobs you pay for repeat estimates, separate trips, and ad-hoc scheduling. In Club Fresh, we plan your year, combine services per visit, and stay on a fixed route—members often save 15–25% compared with booking the same services individually (home size and add-ons affect the exact savings).
What services are included?
Quarterly exterior care customized to your home: pressure washing (driveways/sidewalks/entries), soft-wash house cleaning, roof washing (manufacturer-safe soft wash), gutter cleaning (clear & flow check), and solar panel cleaning (no pressure, panel-safe methods). Optional add-ons: pool cages, pavers, fences, patios.
Do I have to remember to schedule?
No. You’ll get a published quarterly calendar plus text/email reminders before each visit—set-and-forget.
What if a date doesn’t work for me?
Just let us know—reschedule with 48-hour notice (subject to route availability). Weather delays get priority rebooking.
Do you still do estimates?
We do a single upfront assessment to set your annual plan and price. After that, you’re on the calendar—no more back-and-forth quotes or comparing estimates.
What if my home needs something different one quarter?
We can swap focus (e.g., gutter-heavy after leaf drop, driveway detail before holidays). The membership is priced for the annual plan, so we adjust tasks to keep your home looking great year-round.
How do I know what was done?
Every visit includes before/after photos and a simple checklist so you can see exactly what we cleaned.
Is this safe for my home, plants, and pets?
Yes. We soft-wash siding and roofs, pressure wash only hard surfaces, pre-wet/rinse landscaping, and ask that pets stay inside during service.
Do you use my water?
Yes—we connect to your outdoor spigot (standard on-site power if needed).
How does billing work?
Autopay occurs every month. Your rate is locked for 3 years while you’re an active member. (Membership term is 12 months and auto-renews; you can pause or cancel after the first year with 30-day notice.)
How soon can I start?
Most new members get their first visit within 1–2 weeks, then follow the quarterly calendar.

Club Fresh Maintenance Plan — Service Agreement
You save up to 25%, we clean your exterior on a predictable quarterly calendar, and you get a three-year price lock. We’ll publish your dates, send reminders, show up with pro equipment, and care for plants, pets, and property. You keep access and water on; we keep your home looking great year-round.
What’s included (custom to your home)
- House soft-wash, entry/porch clean
- Gutter cleaning (clear debris & flow check)
- Driveway/sidewalk pressure washing (hard surfaces only)
- Solar panel cleaning (no pressure, panel-safe methods)
- Optional add-ons: pool cage, pavers, fence, patio furniture, etc.
- We’ll tailor your quarterly rotation to your property and publish it on your calendar. You’ll always know what’s happening when.
Scheduling & Calendar
- Quarterly visits (4×/year) on a published calendar you can view anytime.
- Reminders: we text/email 3–7 days before service and again on the day of.
- Rescheduling: move a visit up to 48 hours in advance (subject to route availability). Weather delays are rescheduled with priority.
Access & Preparation
- Please ensure gates unlocked, pets secured, and vehicles moved from work areas.
- Close windows/doors; remove fragile décor near the cleaning zones.
- If your community requires gate codes or HOA notice, please provide in advance.
Water & Power
- We typically use your outdoor water spigot and standard on-site power if needed.
- Please confirm working spigots and accessible hose bibs before service.
Plants, Pets & Property Care
- We pre-wet, cover when necessary, and thoroughly rinse landscaping.
- We use appropriate detergents and methods for each surface; pets should remain indoors during active cleaning.
Weather & Safety
- Lightning/high winds or heavy rain may trigger a safety postponement.
- Surfaces can be wet/slippery during and shortly after service—use caution.
Stains, Oxidation & Limitations
- Some deep oil, rust/orange sprinkler stains, efflorescence, and old organic stains may not fully remove; we’ll lighten them as much as safely possible.
- Oxidation/chalking on older painted/vinyl surfaces can streak if over-agitated—our soft-wash minimizes risk, but uniform color change may remain.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage (failed caulk, loose paint, deteriorated mortar, cracked seals, etc.) that may allow water intrusion.
Roofs, Gutters & Solar Panels
- Roofs: cleaned with manufacturer-safe soft-wash only (no high pressure).
- Gutters: we clear debris and check downspout flow; underground drains aren’t included unless added.
- Solar panels: no-pressure cleaning with panel-safe methods.
Photos & Communication
- We provide before/after photos for your records.
- If we find issues (loose shingles, clogged downspouts, failing seals), we’ll note them.
Billing, Savings & Term
- Savings: up to 25% vs. one-off pricing by bundling into Club Fresh.
- Three-year price lock for active members.
- Autopay per month. Invoices and receipts are emailed.
- Term: 12-month membership, auto-renews annually unless canceled.
Pausing or Canceling
- You can pause for a season or cancel after the first year with 30-day notice before the next scheduled visit.
- If canceling early in year one, previously applied discounts for unserved visits may be reversed.
